According to Realtor.com, the 1971 "Flintstone" style home in Minnesota is only going for $279,900. The five bedroom, two and a half bathroom listing, could use a few upgrades; such as new carpet, a renovated kitchen and updated bathrooms.


"At about $100 a square foot, the 3,000-square-foot abode on a half-acre is priced comfortably below Duluth’s median price per square foot of $150," according to Realtor.com.


How does that compare to Whidbey Island??


"In July 2021, Whidbey Island home prices were up 17.8% compared to last year, selling for a median price of $483K," according to Redfin. "On average, homes in Whidbey Island sell after 6 days on the market compared to 16 days last year."
