According to Realtor.com, the 1971 "Flintstone" style home in Minnesota is only going for $279,900. The five bedroom, two and a half bathroom listing, could use a few upgrades; such as new carpet, a renovated kitchen and updated bathrooms.
"At about $100 a square foot, the 3,000-square-foot abode on a half-acre is priced comfortably below Duluth’s median price per square foot of $150," according to Realtor.com.
