“Number three, though our inventory is super tight, we have a lot of beautiful places that people can still select from if you’re in the home buying for some property, I would like a neat home, I want privacy, I’d like to be in a neighborhood. All of those options are still there we just have to be much more assertive now in our offering platform. Very ready to go. That’s a whole other topic of how to get ready to win the deal. But they still have options. So it’s like being over town only now they actually know that their 10 minutes away from going on a 6th month hike. “Number four I think people really love community depending on where you’re living. I just introduced some new buyers to their postal person and they were like ‘What’s that? You actually get to meet your postal person?’ And I was like “Oh heck yea! Why not? She’s excited to meet you. Great Schools

“Number five would be for people who have young people in their family. Our schools–I mean we raised our kids here, so we love the school system. It’s not for everybody. If you still want your child in a private school those options are here. If you want to be in the public school system we’ve got some great options. Not a lot of school districts. We have South Whidbey School District and the Coupeville School District and in Oak Harbor there’s a few more options, but people can raise their families here and I think that’s what a lot of us are excited about is welcoming new families to Whidbey Island.”
